SAFE TRACK
Kingparrot cots feature a unique safety system for raising and lowering the cot sides. Known as the Safe Track System, it is built into the drop rail so that there are no visible (and dangerous) catches sticking out. Recognised as the best in the nursery industry it is standard on all Kingparrot cots.

From the use of solid Queensland Araucaria timber, instead of soft plantation pines, the superiority of Kingparrot construction shines through in every detail. Case goods in the stained & white finish have some components made from synthetic material.
PRODUCT CERTIFICATION
To have a Certified Product makes a powerful statement about the quality, performance and the safety of the Kingparrot product range. Tested by Australia’s leading consumer organisation in accordance with AS/NZS 2172:2003 – Cots for household use – Safety requirements and complies with Australian and New Zealand Standards.
WARRANTY
All Kingparrot products (including mattresses) are warranted for two (2) years from date of purchase. This warranty covers the manufacture's defects only. This warranty excludes any misuse or abuse and does not include the finish or paint covering and is limited to repair and/or replacement of defective parts. This warranty does not cover any damage due to improper transport and handling.
WARRANTY claim is VOID if the original product has been altered in design or change of colour.

All warranty claims MUST be lodged with the Retailer where you originally purchased your furniture. A PROOF OF PURCHASE IS A MUST IN ORDER TO CLAIM THIS WARRANTY.
CARE INSTRUCTION
Thank you for choosing Kingparrot product. The furniture you have purchased is constructed from high quality materials for strength and durability. Here are some tips on how you can preserve its beauty for a long time.
- Do not expose furniture to strong sunlight, extreme change in temperature or moisture; it may damage or fade.
- Wipe up spills immediately with a soft, clean cloth.
- Beware of urine spills on furniture as this may cause discolouration.
- Clean furniture by wiping the surface with a soft cloth dampened with water. If necessary, use a mild soap solution and wipe clean with clear water. Dry with a clean cloth. DO NOT use strong cleaners.
- Dust with "lint-free" cloth that attracts and holds dust particles.
- Always rub with the grain of the wood.
- Avoid contact with sharp object or with containers filled with hot liquid.
- Avoid contact with " rubber" feet on items such as radios, computers, telephones etc. Use a felt mat (not plastic) to protect furniture surface.
- Do not step on or lean against open drawers or shelves.
- Do not open more than one drawer at a time.
- When moving furnitur, DO NOT DRAG. Always lift unit with a firm grasp of its sides.
